Penstemon, Inc. is a United States company working on post-quantum cryptography implementation assurance. This policy covers penstemon.co and the contact form on it.

For any question about this policy, or about personal data we hold, write to info@penstemon.co.

The site runs no analytics, sets no advertising or tracking cookies, and builds no profile of you.

The only personal data you give us here is what you type into the contact form: your name, your organization if you enter one, your work email address, the topic you choose, and your message.

We use those details to answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation it starts. We do not sell them. We do not add you to a mailing list without asking you first.

The form posts to our own code running on Cloudflare Workers. That code checks the fields, verifies the anti-spam challenge, and sends the contents to info@penstemon.co through Cloudflare Email Service. The site writes no copy of your message to a database.

From there your message lives in our email system, where nothing deletes it automatically. We keep it while the enquiry or the relationship it starts is live, and we delete it whenever you ask us to.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people apart from automated scripts. Turnstile receives your IP address and technical signals from your browser, and returns a token that our code verifies before anything is sent. It does not ask you to label images, and it does not follow you across other sites.

Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site, delivers our email and runs the anti-spam check. Serving a web request means Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page you asked for and your browser's user agent, for delivery and security.

Cloudflare operates a global network, so some of that processing happens in other countries.

Japanese pages load the IBM Plex Sans JP typeface from Google Fonts, so viewing one sends your IP address and the address of the page to Google LLC. English pages make no request to Google.

You can ask what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@penstemon.co and we will answer.

If the law where you live gives you further rights over personal data, say so in your request and we will apply them.

When this policy changes we update the date at the top of this page.
